The Home has wall to wall carpet in Living areas and Bedrooms with Tiled Kitchen floor - Kitchen Counters are Corian - there is a microwave and double oven - the fridge has an icemaker. The kitchen is well provisioned with coffee maker, fruit juicer, dishes, silverware, and most any cookware you may need.
There is a large screen TV in the living room. TV system currently only gets about six stations (mostly Phoenix) - There is a VCR in the master that can play a videos on any or all of the tv's at the same time. (complicated, but it works)
The Master Suite is well furnished with King Size Bed, TV, walk in closet, Dressers, etc. Bath has tiled floor and shower.
Guest Bedroom has King Size Bed, Dressers, and a TV.
Main Bathroom has Tiled Shower Tub Combination.
The Arizona room has a sleeper sofa.
The Pool is heated - if desired, but additional charges apply depending on the time of year. Many pool toys. The pool is maintained professionally on a regular basis.
Pets are accepted if prior provisions are made and an additional damage deposit made. There is a small chain linked fence area off the garage that pets can be left in.
